As I mentioned in the sneak peek, Brian and Allyson are good friends of mine. One of the downsides of being friends with a wedding photographer is that she (i.e., me) gets very excited when her friends get engaged, and doesn’t give them much choice about who their photographer will be. I can’t help it. I love shooting the weddings of my clients, whom I just met, so I get giddy when old friends tie the knot!

Anyway, despite the frigid, dreary day we had, I had lots of fun exploring Lake Geneva with Brian and Allyson. I kind of wish all my engagement shoots involved weekend getaways!
