I love shooting rural engagement sessions. It might be because of my Tennessean background. I mean, I love the city too… but give me animals, some overgrown wooded areas, and falling apart buildings and I am a happy girl. The only thing I was missing was a hayloft.

But, I think Brooke & Dave would have made me go “awwwh” wherever we shot. Totally comfortable snuggling for the camera, each picture I took was my new favorite. Especially the ones where they made each other laugh because their faces lit up…those were my ultimate favorites.

Their wedding will be at the gorgeous Armour House early next year, which is way too long to wait. Maybe I’ll start a countdown.
