I usually approach my engagement sessions by picking a general area and then wandering around…chasing light and finding interesting nooks. I’ll often stick to the pretty areas, but sometimes I’ll get inspired by the less conventional spots. This is when it’s a blessing to have clients who are up for anything. I found my match with these two! Jackie and Scott rocked every spot we found, whether it was an alley, Lower Wacker, a busy street, or the more traditionally picturesque Art Institute Gardens. I mean, the shot with the fire escapes below? Unless your names are Jackie and Scott, I’m not sure you can look that glamorous in an alley.
