We got the quintessential fall color for this session, and I love it! Last year, I felt like there was an extended period of beautiful golden leaves that cooperated with my engagement photo schedule, but this year, the leaves fell fast and I only captured them in a few sessions. It was sheer luck, but Katie and Kyle got the perfect day… the sun was out, the leaves were at their ideal autumnal stage, and it was in the 70s. Couldn’t have been a better shoot, but not just for the weather and leaves. I mean, these two could shoot in the middle of an abandoned parking lot and still look adorable, right? Plus, we shot in Geneva, which is hands down one of my favorite areas.
