I have a special spot in my heart for high school sweethearts like Brooke and Dave; there is nothing like the understanding, comfort, and history that comes from knowing each other during the tumultuous teenage years. That history is always a wonderful thing to photograph because it comes through in subtle little touches and glances. There is no stress, just anticipation of a day that has been years in the making.

Brooke and Dave’s wedding was made even more special by their daughter being the flower girl. Sophia was so adorable and photogenic, that, if I didn’t have a wedding to take photos of, I could have happy followed around and photographed all day. With such a fun, fiery personality, she was definitely up for partying all night, making several appearances on the dance floor.

So, in summary: high school sweethearts + adorable little girl + Armour House = absolutely perfect day.
