Wedding :: Kelly & Plinio

Kelly was a past bridesmaid in Kashmira and Anand’s wedding last year, so it was fantastic to work with her again for her own wedding!

This wedding was a bit unusual, because it just a few weeks before their NATO-weekend wedding when Kelly & Plinio contacted me since the photographer they had scheduled didn’t work out. Luckily, I still had their date free, and everything fell into place like it was meant to be. I didn’t get my normal months before the wedding to get to know them, but it wasn’t needed in this case. Kelly & Plinio are such sweet, genuine people, that after a few hours talking about their wedding and taking a few engagement photos, I felt like we were old friends.

And, as an aside, I’m happy to report that despite the anticipated chaos in the city from NATO, the streets were empty and everything was quiet around their venues. It was a very deserved picture-perfect day!
