Typically, the morning aspects of a wedding day are pretty routine. Get ready, maybe take a few pictures…a calm morning to build up to the main event of the actual marriage ceremony and the party after. This was not the case on Rosina & Vojislav’s wedding day. Aside from their traditional tea ceremony (which is one of my favorite things ever), they also had groom games, in which Vojislav and his groomsmen had to answer questions and complete tasks to be allowed into the bridal suite so that Vojislav could see his bride. It was such a light-hearted activity, I love the tone it set for the day and that family was so involved in everything from the start.
After that was completed, and everyone had a light lunch, it was time for the ceremony in the high-rise of the Cliff Dweller’s Club across from Millennium Park. It was made magnificent by a stunning view, and on a personal note, I love that one of my past grooms officiated. Later, after a whirlwind of photos, we celebrated the night away at the awesome Reza’s in the city.
